Do you deliver and set up?

A:
Absolutely! our drivers will deliver and set up each jump and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 15-20 minutes. This service is included in your inflatable rental cost for orders over $100 and 25 mile radius of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. If you are renting any party items with out a bounce house there is a delivery fee.

Q:
What kind of power is required?

A:
Our jumps plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the jump should be no more than 25ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a jump at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 25ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

Are you Insured?

A:
Yes. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a jump are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up a jump until the liability waiver is signed.

Q:
What if I have to cancel?

A:
Please call us at least 7 days before your party date; this gives us a chance to rebook the unit for another party. we will keep any paid rental fees for 12 months toward any future order. If you cancel less than 7 days there is no credit given. (There will be no refunds given) If you place your order with us less than 7 days from your party there is no cancellations. If you are hiring an entertainer there are NO cancellations, however you may reschedule for a future date.

If you are canceling due to rain, and it is raining the day of your party, please call us if you would like to cancel, before 8 am the day of your party. If you cancel your reservation with us, you will have a credit for a future rental with us. If you keep the rental and it rains and becomes wet there are no credits or refunds.

A:
Simple! You can browse through our inventory and check availability on our web site. Or you can call us and we will help you place your order and gladly answer any questions you might have.
